"Boarded our 3 cats here for 3 weeks. Never had such a caring cat hotel before 😭 Daily videos and pictures provided, with updates on conditions of our cats. Our cats unfortunately had fleas upon boarding, and the effort that Leona & Friends Cat Hotel people went through to ensure that the cats were flea-free was above and beyond. Cats were immediately isolated so that other boarded cats weren't affected, and they would check with us every step of the way. They even brought the cats to a vet when normal flea meds weren't working. They also helped to bring one of our cats for neutering and took care of him really well afterwards ❤️ Price-wise, this is one of the better priced cat hotels out there with big space for each room as well. We felt very assured and satisfied with the care shown, and look forward to boarding them here again in the future 💯"

Every day, three times a day, Mr. Safuan and Ms. Fatin will provide updates on the condition of my cats. I feel safe and confident in their care.
